INFINITY DENTAL IMPLANT LARGE SCALE MODELS
ACE Surgical Supply
Scale models are one of our specialties, which is why we were excited to work with ACE Surgical supply to create these scaled-up trade show models of their Infinity dental implant system. These models were 3D printed and expertly finished to create a faithful representation of the product at a larger scale.
We optimized our print files in order to minimize the amount of time spent on post processing for critical surfaces on the model. Each model was also modified so they could be stably attached to a display stand.
Following the finishing process the 3D printed components were primed for paint. We formulated custom colors in order to match the appearance of the actual implants and even replicated their textured appearance, finishing it off with a clear gloss coating.
