CNC Machining

Precision machining of a wide array of metal, plastic and composite materials for end-use parts, foundry patterns and thermoform molds. This subtractive manufacturing process is a great option for producing parts with simple geometries, excellent dimensional accuracy, and tight tolerances. This can also be used as a secondary process for parts manufactured additively.

3D Printing

Rapid production of end-use parts utilizing the latest technologies in additive manufacturing. Our Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), Stereolithography (SLA), and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) processes serve a wide array of applications and are ideal for low-volume production of plastic and plastic-like parts and products with complex geometries and high-levels of surface detail.

RTV Molds & Casting

Thermoforming

Also known as RTV tooling, the casting process produces high-quality, end-use parts from a full spectrum of high-performance urethanes, silicones, and resins. Built without expensive hard tooling using a two-part silicone mold or a 3D-printed master pattern, the casting process is comparable in quality to injection molding.

Thermoforming is a versatile and cost-effective process with a wide range of product applications. Large panels, displays, casings, enclosures, trays, or other similar parts are particularly suited to the thermoforming process. Thermoforming molds are machined or 3D printed in-house and vacuum formed in our model shop, allowing for rapid manufacturing and delivery.
