Enter the newest forward thinker of the Empire Group team Rebecca Bourgeault, Marketing Strategist who is a New England native that graduated from Johnson & Wales University with her Master’s in Business degree.
Rebecca joins our team with knowledge of marketing, advertising, and customer service, from her previous roles working for small businesses, on both the client and marketing sides. Her strengths lie in SEO, marketing strategy, and much more.
In her free time, Rebecca loves spending time with her fiancé Bobby and their fur baby Lola, attending country concerts, traveling, reading, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Q: If you could only choose one for the rest of your life… would it be tacos or nachos and why?
TACOS. They are a staple in our household every Tuesday for dinner. Because you can do anything with them, the options are endless. #tacotuesday
Q: What is your favorite thing about Empire Group?
The people 100%. I am already feeling at home in the office and have been made to feel welcome by all of the Empire group team. In my short time at Empire Group I have already participated in client meetings, assisted in brainstorms with our industrial design team, and attended a few networking events. I am really looking forward to getting to know our clients, the industry and working with the team on developing new creative marketing campaigns.

Q: What is your favorite part of being a Marketing Strategist?
One of the things that I love most about being in a marketing position would be how it’s constantly evolving. Technology changes so fast, which forces us, as marketers, to always be on our toes and try to come up with new strategies to help our business grow and stay relevant.
Q: What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement to date would be graduating college. I was the first in my family to do that. And it makes me even more proud of myself to be able to say I not only graduated with my Bachelors but also my MBA.
Q: What is your most treasured possession?
It’s a blanket I got when I was really little..my mickey blanket it would be the first thing I grab if my house was burning down and it literally goes on every overnight trip with me #noshame
Q: What do you think is the best part of the product development process?
The Industrial Design process. It’s cool seeing all of the ideas the team is coming up with.
