+ CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer/Set Up-Operator to join our Attleboro location.

Requirements:

  • A sold machinist background.
  • FANUC control experience with the knowledge of Conversational programming.
  • Confident with “Feeds and Speeds” for materials; from Stainless steels to Aluminum to plastics.
  • The ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual that is able to work independently and within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid CAM experience helpful.
  • Foundry Patternmaking experience a plus.
  • 2D and 3D Programming skills preferred.
  • Solid Works 3D Design ability preferred.

+ Master Model Maker/Spray Paint Tech

We are looking for an experienced Master Model Maker with a strong painting background to join our Attleboro location.

Requirements:

  • Assist with the daily paint operations of the business.
  • Work with a variety of materials such as 3D resins, wood, metal, plastics and urethanes.
  • Complete tasks with model shop equipment such as saws, milling machines, routers, jointers, drill press, sanders, and band tools.
  • Assist with in-house paint system and proper usage of all spray painting equipment.
  • Monitor the usage of paint related materials while maintaining the proper levels of standard and specialty products.
  • Determine painting materials needed to meet the demands of the painting business; including but not limited to color studies, chroming, base coat clear coat, automotive urethane (base coat/clear coat) materials and lacquered materials.
  • Support a variety of spray painting operations with base coating, hand painting, air brushing and chroming.
  • Mix colors against PMS chips or supplied color references in a timely manner.
  • Keep a clean work station and assigned painting equipment to minimize contamination.
  • Provide the proper storage of painting materials in reference to Fire Safety regulations.
  • Multitask across multiple disciplines within the painting department for quick turnaround times.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of painting materials.
  • Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Highly skilled in various painting techniques.
  • Adaptable personality with solid work ethic to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Strong core values with the ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the process involving color matching.
  • Problem solving skills for sound model making/prototype principles.
  • Good working knowledge of CAD software development and tooling programs (Solid Works preferred).

+ Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Attleboro location.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creative, aesthetic and design direction of products based on client objectives and strategies. Assist internal resources to create innovative product concepts and deliver on product vision.
  • Design parts for injection molding, 3D printing, Machining, and other in-house manufacturing processes.
  • Work within timelines and manage deliverables for client projects
  • Give direction for and participates in prototype builds.
  • Solve technical problems using both novel and time-tested approaches.
  • Create design documentation for manufacturing based on input from industrial designs, brainstorming, and or client descriptions.
  • Prepare technical reports on design feasibility, testing results, research data or project status.
  • Strong communication skills.

Skills & Experience:

  • BSME or equivalent in relative discipline
  • 4+ years product design experience in consumer-based products.
  • Knowledge of Arduino electronics a plus but not required.
  • Experience with a wide variety of materials and manufacturing processes including injection-molded plastics and CNC.
  • Must excel at rapid concept generation and articulation.
  • Proficiency in Solid Works 3D CAD software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to provide strong design expertise and innovation to a wide range of technology products and accessories.
