+ CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer/Set Up-Operator to join our Attleboro location.


  • A sold machinist background.
  • FANUC control experience with the knowledge of Conversational programming.
  • Confident with “Feeds and Speeds” for materials; from Stainless steels to Aluminum to plastics.
  • The ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • A self-motivated individual that is able to work independently and within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid CAM experience helpful.
  • Foundry Patternmaking experience a plus.
  • 2D and 3D Programming skills preferred.
  • Solid Works 3D Design ability preferred.

+ Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a fresh, energetic, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Manager to foster new business.

This person will oversee all marketing efforts, including social media & email campaigns, advertising, website development, and PR efforts. The perfect fit for this role is the definition of a highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to plan, develop, and implement all marketing strategies in a busy environment. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to create unmatchable content, and successfully convert prospects to clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO & Founder.


  • Manage all aspects of the Marketing Department
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own implementation from ideation to execution
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out on Empire Group and drive qualified leads
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analytics, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts
  • Continue optimization of old and new content on website with SEO
  • Collaborate with Leadership to develop thought provoking white papers, webinars, case studies, and high-touch campaigns for targeted clients
  • Measure and report marketing campaign performance related to ROI and KPI; assess and monitor efficiency of efforts while incorporating changes and improvements
  • Partner with Leadership and Sa+ les on various initiatives including development of annual regional tradeshows, tracking leads, and other promotional opportunities
  • Oversee all project management of annual tradeshows with timelines, promotional pieces, and follow up after events with Sales
  • Work with internal graphic designers on marketing collateral and website updates

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with CRM + Marketing Automation tools with a willingness to become our GreenRope expert
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong technical, analytical and organizational skills required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Knowledge of content management systems and the ability to read/write HTML and CSS
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationship across the organization
  • Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • A love for aesthetics, great copy, and witty communication around highly technical topics
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in converting sales and digital marketing
  • Proven ability to adapt and execute a brand marketing plan grounded in key strategies in a rapidly-growing organization
  • Superior project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences, and creatively devising/leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage and motivate business
  • Ability to speak within the technology, industrial and manufacturing fields; as well as interface with engineers & designers

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years in a highly visible marketing role
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Background in B2B marketing required
  • Hands-on experience implementing and tracking ROI highly preferred
  • Product Development, Industrial/Manufacturing, or Tech Industry experience highly desirable
  • CRM + Marketing Automation management mandatory
  • Experience working very independently and as a group on various projects/tasks
